Shipping Method & Policy

Items are generally shipped out within 1-2 business days after payment has been verified.
We ship mainly through Hong Kong Post transport goods to the United States, Europe, Canada and Australia. To these countries, goods will reach within about 7-14 days. The transport to other countries need more time, we will send in registered form and inform the tracking number.
We also use Fedex to ship the goods. If you choose Fedex to ship the goods you will receive them in 3-5 days but more expensive, please let us know.
Please provide your correct and detailed address and your phone number to ensure the delivery on time. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. If you need to change your address, please change it in Paypal before you pay.
Our shipping cost do not include any tariffs or other taxes; if you have any questions please contact local Customs before you buy the goods

Delivery Time
Most of the items we carry are in stock and will be shipped in the next 24 hours after confirm your payment received. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on next Monday. Your order will be delivered to the shipping address within 3 to 15 business days after being shipped out. (Note: business days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays are excluded). If the items you ordered are out of stock, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Order tracking
It is very easy for you to check the status of your order, as an email with a tracking number will be sent to your email address after your order has been shipped out. Tracking number will be emailed to buyer once your ordered item is shipped out.

Shipping rates
Our postage rates include the expenses of shipping, handling fees and high-quality packaging, which are charged based on weight and size of the goods, delivery destination and its retail value.

Warranty and Return
We warrant that the products sold in our website, Unless otherwise stated, are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship.
All our products have a one year warranty. Defective products can be changed during the warranty.
Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date we will change another one for you for free or refund your money back
If you buy the wrong products, please inform us as soon as possible. But If your order has been sent, then all the costs (including original freight, handling charges and the return freight, etc.) are for your account.
